Soh Clan Association 95th Anniversary Dinner

On the evening of 21st December 2024, the Association held a gala dinner at SAFRA Toa Payoh, Jubilee Garden Restaurant to commemorate the 95th Anniversary of the establishment of the Association and the 1,004th anniversary of the birth of Soo Song Zheng Jian Gong. This meaningful celebration attracted overseas Soh members, community leaders, guests and members. The gala dinner hosted a total of 66 tables. The atmosphere is lively and festive.

The dinner started with a magnificent lion dance performance, signifying auspiciousness and prosperity. Hao Hao, the famous emcee, was invited to preside over the whole event. His funny and humourous style of hosting was well received and ignited the enthusiasm of the attendees. The singing performance added charm to the dinner, winning bursts of applause and cheers from the audiences.

The venue was decorated with lanterns and bright lights. Guests were in laughter and enjoyed talking about friendship and celebrating this memorable night together. The whole dinner not only showed the cohesion of the Association, but also embodied the combination of heritage and innovation. The success of the dinner marked a new milestone in the history and cultural heritage of the Association. In the future, the Association will continue to uphold its founding principles, unite its members, serve the community, create more brilliance, and bring greater benefits to the community and society at large.
