Visit to Negri Sembilan Soh Clan Association

On October 11st, 2023, our association received a warm invitation from the Negeri Sembilan Soh Clan Association to attend the "Negri Sembilan Soh Clan Association's 23rd Anniversary and Women's Group 15th Anniversary Commemorative Dinner" celebration. The delegation from our association, consisting of 23 members led by the Vice-Chairman Mr Guo Xuan, participated in the event. As part of our visit, the association also arranged a three-day, two-night tour of Malacca and Port Dickson, where we explored famous tourist attractions and enjoyed various local cuisines. On the evening of the 22nd, the banquet took place at the Grand Hall of the Port Dickson Gathering Mansion. In addition to the delegation from Singapore, representatives from the Soh Clans of the other five states in Malaysia attended the celebration. Relatives from different regions gathered joyfully, exchanging greetings, sharing experiences, and presenting each other with commemorative gifts. On the morning of the 23rd, our delegation visited the premises of the Negri Sembilan Soh Clan Association for mutual exploration and interaction. We received a warm and grand reception from the Soh Clan members in Negri Sembilan. Both parties introduced the respective developments and future plans of their associations, fostering a strong sense of kinship. The trip left both sides with wonderful memories of friendship and cultural exchange.
