You agree to indemnify and hold Soh Clan Association and its affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your Submissions, or any violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You and Soh Clan Association submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
